Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

At AtharvaJaipur, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure your purchases are hassle-free. We are here to assist you before and after your order. To help you make the best decision, please review the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order.

Before You Order:
Feel free to ask us any questions about fabric, design, measurements, or anything else that will help you choose confidently. You can reach out via Email, Instagram, or WhatsApp. Our team is available 24/7 to assist you.


When Exchanges Are NOT Accepted

  • Exchanges or returns are not accepted for color differences. Please note that slight color variations (10-15%) may occur due to screen resolution and lighting conditions.

  • Exchanges or returns are not accepted if you do not like the material or color of the product, as all product details are provided clearly in the description. We encourage you to read all details before placing your order.

  • Exchanges or returns are not accepted for any other reasons related to a change of mind after placing the order.


Exchange Due to Size Issues

  • Please refer carefully to the size chart available on each product page before confirming your order. If you are unsure about your size, our team is happy to help you select the right fit.

  • If you experience size issues after receiving your order, please email us within 2 days of delivery at hello.atharvajaipur@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Please note that exchanges depend on size availability for the selected design at the time of your request.

  • An additional charge of INR 300 per item will apply to cover logistics costs for reverse pickup and re-dispatch.

  • No size exchanges are allowed for sale items.


Exchange Due to Damaged or Defective Products

  • While our quality control team thoroughly inspects all products before dispatch, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will be happy to assist with an exchange.

  • Please email us within 2 days of delivery at hello.atharvajaipur@gmail.com with product images, an opening video for verification, and details of the issue.

  • All return requests are subject to verification. Upon approval, we will arrange reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement if available.

  • If the replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit for the product value, valid for 30 days.


Returns & Exchanges for International Orders

  • Please note that orders shipped internationally are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
